The Carriage House Conference Room is perfect for small business conferences up to 15 people. Located in the Carriage House, separate from the main house for your privacy, the Conference Room doesn't dissapoint...with vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, refrigerator, mini bar, microwave, sink, bathroom, large screen TV, VCR (overhead projector available), and Internet access, of course. Our large wooden table seats 10 comfortably. A comfortable leather couch and large overstuffed chair set things at ease. With the size of the room, we're capable of hosting business conferences for up to 15 people comfortably. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served on the property. Lunch can also be served in the dining room of the main house. Six large rooms with private baths are available for overnight stays for up to 12 executives or business associates. This is a perfect atmosphere for a relaxed client meeting or get yourself and your associates away from the normal hustle & bustle for those creative solutions to your business problems. The Lone Star Ballroom, above our majestic new stable facility, has room for around 125 people. It’s the perfect setting for Weddings, Corporate Retreats, Retirement Parties & Special Events! This incredible “elegant Texas” meeting area has an impressive Italian chandelier as the centerpiece of the large windowed cupola. Walls of oak paneling, faux leather, and double-glass mirrors between picture windows overlooking the countryside creates a natural, relaxing setting.
