The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. if cooking is your passion. With your room rate we provide " Independence Coffee" from our local roaster and tea which is packaged exclusively for Lillian Farms.
Breakfast items will be placed in your cottage for you to prepare at your leisure. If you prefer to enjoy our gourmet breakfast at the Estate House please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance. The cost is $15 per person.
The living room features a mini couch that makes into a twin bed (for an additional guest), TV with DVD, sliding glass doors that lead to your screened in porch. As we said, all the comforts of home and to top that we have 232 acres of bluebonnet fields to explore & enjoy. A fully stocked bass fishing lake that is waiting for our fisherman to "Catch a big one". Our policy for fishing is a catch and release only and is free to our guests.

The view from the screened in porch is acres of a beautiful hay meadow that is visited daily by a family of white tail deer.
The Southern Charm features all the comforts of home- queen posturepedic mattress, the highest quality of sheets, plush towels, individual robes lined with fleece to name just a few of our amenities.
On our large deck there is a gas grill if cooking out is your delight. There is also a private hot tub located right off the deck for you to enjoy.
