The Southern Comfort
The newest addition to our Southern themed cottages, this one got its name from a famous whiskey. We have decorated this cottage with old Jim Beam whiskey bottles.
The name Southern Comfort says it all when you first arrive at this charming log house, very privately nestled in our grove of hardwood trees. A welcoming front door features a beveled glass window with a Texas star.
Inside, the celing is of knotty pine and floors are a beautiful walnut wood. On the far wall hangs a 42-inch TV with a DVD player. A comfortable red sofa bed provides sleeping space for an extra guest.
The kitchen has custom-made cabinets with a full-size range, microwave, dishwasher and is completely stocked for the avid cook.
A large screened-in back porch, complete with gas grill, allows you to watch the deer play while you prepare dinner.
The bedroom is decorated with toile wallpaper and bead board paneling, and is furnished with a king size bed and high quality linens for a good night's sleep.
