Upon entering your cottage there is a large bay window that overlooks our hay meadow full of deer every evening. The cottage also features a 32in screen TV/DVD with local channels only, bistro style dining table, full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. if your in the mood to cook.
Breakfast items will be placed in your cottage for you to prepare at your leisure. If you prefer to enjoy our gourmet breakfast at the Estate House please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance. The cost is $15 per person.
A fully stocked bass fishing lake that is waiting for our fisherman to "Catch a big one". Our policy for fishing is a catch and release only and is free to our guests.

We named our cottage "The Southern Dream" because we feel the name says it all. Its nestled in our pecan grove on our west property. You will enter the property, drive down a winding road pass our estate house and you park your vehicle right at your beautiful cottage.
Your cottage features a large front porch with outdoor gas grill, table for four with a canopy of trees overhead.
Bathroom is stocked with Turkish towels & fleece lined bathrobes to enjoy after stepping out of the large shower.
Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed with silky linens to sleep on. Sliding glass doors are on the end of your bedroom that lead out onto a large wrap around porch. Your porch is octagon shaped at one end complete with a new state of the art hot tub shaped to fit the porch. All nestled in the privacy of our pecan grove.
Also included is our loft area upstairs that has 2 twin beds for additional guests. Please advise if more than 2 will be staying so we can accommodate them for breakfast.
