The Lake house is a 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage. The cottage overlooks our 14-acre lake. The entry way features a writing desk and bench. The Living room has a sofa bed and chair.
WiFi is available for all our Suites and Cottages. The password will be included in your welcome/check-in e-mail prior to arrival.

WELCOME TO The Secretariat
With its racing theme and touches of red decor throughout, the Secretariat Cottage is a champion, just like the once-in-a-lifetime horse that it is named for.
Transom windows, a beveled entrance with a leaded Texas Star, and a Dutch door leading to your private patio are just a few of the unique features you will find.
The generously-sized bedroom has a pecan queen size bed with inlaid slate tiles, an antique armoire, and a large glass block shower. In the living room, a leather couch provides a cozy place to sit. It is also a queen size sleeper and can accommodate up to two additional guests.
Step through the Dutch door adjacent to the eat-in kitchen and you will find your private patio complete with seating area, gas grill, and hot tub.
For those traveling with horses, this private and secluded accommodation also has two stalls ready for your traveling companions. Please note that you must book the Secretariat in order to board your horse(s) during your stay. If the Secretariat is already booked by another party, we apologize that we will not be able to accommodate your animals.

Apple TV with Netflix and local network channels. There is an ESPN app on the TV that will enable you to watch sporting events. You will not be able to access regular television other than local channels.
