The Lone Star Event Center is a 5,000 square foot renovated barn that once housed owner Barbara Segal's beloved horses. Now, it is a blank slate for you to design your event. Whether it's a wedding, anniversary, corporate event, or other special occasion, the Lone Star Event Center is a stunning backdrop for an event that will wow your guests.
The 3,000 square foot main level has a concrete floor, 6 restrooms, chandeliers, a storage kitchen with two refrigerators, a chest freezer, and three stalls that can be used to set up a bar, headquarter your DJ, or anything else you can imagine for the space. You'll also find the Secretariat Cottage here. Please note that for any events, the host is also required to book the Secretariat. For weddings, this cottage is included in all packages except the Intimate Ceremony Only Package.
The 2,000 square foot second floor Ballroom is included in all wedding packages and event rentals. With an awe-inspiring cupola that houses a unique Italian wrought-iron chandelier, the ballroom has an additional two restrooms, ceiling fans, central a/c and heat, and an impressive painted cement floor.
The Lone Star Event Center also has a commercial grade elevator.

We have several ceremony sites, so whether you want a Texas-size wedding or a small intimate affair with just a few friends and family present, you can choose from our Rose Arbor, Garden Gazebo, Lone Star Ballroom, or any place on our 230 acres that speaks to you to hold your ceremony.
