A Variety of Packages to Fit Your Plans and Your Budget


We offer several different packages to fit every budget, and we are always open to working with couples to customize a package that includes special requests or additional activities whenever possible.

Traditional Wedding Packages are designed to accommodate up to 200 guests. With the exception of the Bronze Package, traditional wedding packages can be scheduled any time of the year, including December 24 - January 1.

Intimate Wedding Packages are designed to accommodate up to 50 guests. These wedding packages (along with the Bronze Package) are not available from December 24 - January 1.

Up to 200 Guests

Ultimate Diamond Package

Accommodations in our beautiful Victorian-style Bed & Breakfast (5 guest rooms) and our eight private self-catering cottages for up to 35 guests for two nights (Friday and Saturday); Access to venue from 12 pm to 10:30 pm Friday for decorating and set up; Access to venue from 8 am to 11 pm Saturday for wedding preparation, completion of decorating/set-up, wedding ceremony, and 4 hour reception; Access to venue from 8 am to 11 am Sunday for clean-up; Use of ballroom until 10:30 pm Friday for rehearsal dinner (up to 40 guests); choice of ceremony site (indoor site available for inclement weather); use of Event Center and ballroom for your 4 hour reception; rehearsal time on-site the day before your wedding; ceremony site and reception set-up; parking staff on the day of your event; Two cases of bottled water; Removal of bagged trash from the venue; on-site staff during ceremony and reception; tables (60" and 72" rounds, 6' & 8' banquet, and 30" hi-top bistro), tablecloths, and white garden chairs for up to 200 guests; open vendor policy without additional fees; ability to bring your own alcohol; on-site security (for receptions with alcohol service); all taxes, fees, and gratuities included; complimentary bridal/engagement shoot with your photographer (appointment required); $10 per person over 200 up to 300 guests.

10 Guests or Less

Intimate Ceremony Only

Up to 10 guests, including officiant and photographer. Because this is a small celebration intended to complement your off-site plans, no other vendors (i.e., alcohol, food, cake, DJ, music, etc.) are permitted. Bride and Groom will have their ceremony only here, then most will opt to have an off-site dinner with their guests. The couple and/or their guests are more than welcome to make reservations to stay on the property, but please note that no reception, catered or otherwise, is to be held at Lillian Farms either at the Estate House or in any cottage. This price is for a ceremony only with up to 10 people (including Bride and Groom, officiant, and photographer) in attendance.

Wedding Package Policies


  •  Package prices are not discounted for ceremony only or reception only.

  • Prices do not include State of Texas sales tax, 10% staff service charge, or additional fee for security if alcohol is served (except for the Ultimate Diamond Package). A refundable $750 damage deposit is required for all packages.

  • Add $10 per guest for guest count over 200.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $750 and a signed deposit agreement is required to secure your preferred date.

  • Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Intimate Packages do not have access to the venue a day prior unless they have booked The Secretariat Cottage and paid the extra day access fee ($500). Please note that booking The Secretariat Cottage the night before your wedding does not give you access to the Event Center for early set-up.

  • Lillian Farms is not available for rehearsal dinner except for Ultimate Diamond Package and Platinum Package clients. A one hour rehearsal is included with all packages.

  • Intimate Packages are for single day weddings/receptions only. Couples interested in a weekend destination wedding must purchase a Platinum or Diamond package.
